Tired of publishing PDF maps on the web? Come learn the fundamentals of translating your map into a web map. This workshop is intended for students, nonprofits, and government agencies interested in incorporating web maps into their work. By the end of the workshop you will know how to make a simple web map, plus understand web mapping in broad terms, and have enough information to hire a developer, write a grant, or know where to start with your own learning objectives when your goal is to create and sustain a larger project.
